Seems like just about everybody is dropping heat in 2008! Christopher Bridges aka Ludacris will be joining in on the action with his sixth album Theater Of The Mind, coming out on November 11. The three-time Grammy award winner is going for something different this time, stating that:
The whole album is theatrical, conceptual-wise. Every song you hear sounds like a scene from a movie.
To emphasize that, Ludacris also stated that featured artists such as Lil Wayne, Floyd Mayweather Jr., 50 Cent, Kanye West, The Game, T.I., Chris Brown, Common, Spike Lee, Sean Garrett, T-Pain and more (AMAZING line-up!) would be "co-starring". He also mentionned that he would like to work with Eminem, and hopefully, that project will come to fruition. Confirmed and rumored producers include Clinton Sparks, DJ Toomp, Darkchild, Drumma Boy, Kanye West, Swizz Beatz, amongts the more notable.
Well, enough about that, let's get started!

The first single, 'What Them Girls Like', co-stars pretty-boy Chris Brown and Sean Garrett, who is also a popular writer responsible for many chart-topping hits. I'm really enjoying this track, produced by Darkchild, and the video clip (see below) was premiered earlier this month. The artists play act as three friends at a party that know what women actually think and want, taking a cue from the Mel Gibson movie What Women Want. Check it out below!

Next up is a DJ Toomp production co-starring the artist of the hour T.I.! Confirmed as the second single, 'Whish You Would' is supposedly an official end to a certain beef among the two rappers. Ludacris confirmed that there was no bigger event than having both of them working together, and fellow artists from both their camps (Disturbing Tha Peace and Grand Hustle) were apparently taken by suprise by this collaboration. Luda confirmed that it is his favorite track off the album. As for the song itself, it's fucked up!

Next up is yet another track off Theater Of The Mind, and it features former professional boxer Floyd Mayweather. A short "trailer" was released also featuring some 6-year-old boxer called Pretty Boy Bam Bam (lol?).

Can't wait for the Lil Wayne co-starring track 'Last Of A Dying Breed' which promises to be simply incredible (hopefully). As for Ludacris, he will also co-starring in stylized RocknRolla, directed by Guy Ritchie, with Gerard Butler, Thandie Newton and Jeremy Piven (October 31, 2008), and Max Payne, the adaptation of the renouned video game series of the same name, starring Mark Wahlberg (October 17th, 2008). Busy man!
